This very cool HOPEWELL came from a large collection out of Morgan Co Missouri. It is obviously authentic and shows nice use with excellent patination. It is made from a beautiful piece of Mozarkite chert. It has a great tip and no modern damage. Hopewell points are Woodland in age, ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 years old. Hopewell culture artifacts in general are highly sought after by collectors!
The last picture shows the group as a whole. Keep in mind when buying you will only be getting the point pictured on its own. We took the group photo as a means to save the collection history. 
 
COLLECTION HISTORY
  
This collection of farm found artifacts comes from a lady in Southern Morgan Co Missouri. These were found on their farm by herself and her family. A friend of mine ended up with this collection and then sold the entire group to me. The entire group was farm fresh with no purchased items or any alterations or re-chips. The collection was all authentic down to the last piece. There were just over one thousand artifacts in this collection. Most if them were Etley culture artifacts. the material most were made of is Mozarkite which is the state rock of Missouri. These artifacts are guaranteed ancient for life and are thousands of years old!
