This killer HARDIN came from Southern Michigan and was part of several collection, including: Ralph Burnworth, Tom Davis, Joe Gatz, and Chriss Coats-Gatz Collections. It comes with two Certificates of Authenticity: one from Ken Partain*, and the other from Tom Davis. It is an obviously authentic relic that shows nice use and great patination. It is made from a beautiful glossy piece of Moline chert. It has excellent beveling and very nice basal grinding. it has fantastic blade edge work and no modern damage. Hardin points are Early Archaic in age, ranging form 7,000 to 10,000 years old! Hardin's are rare finds in Michigan. This is a very nice point and is much nicer than the pictures would lead you to believe!
