This fantastic Early Archaic COBBS KNIFE came from St Louis Co Missouri and an is obviously authentic relic. This point might be as old as 8,500 years! It shows nice use and excellent patination in the form of great raised mineral deposits. It is made from a classic piece of Burlington chert with wonderful bifacial patination. It has fantastic flaking and is very thin. There is no modern damage. This is a really nice, well crafted Cobbs Knife and it will make an awesome addition to any authentic collection.
